What do you enjoy working on? SLAM was born from this simple question. It started with two friends who dropped out of Berkeley to go all-in on our dream of building something great. At SLAM's core, we believe that our best work comes naturally from doing what we enjoy. As a venture foundry with businesses across different industries, we can give great people time, freedom, and opportunities to find work they truly enjoy.

Ownership. Every full-time SLAM role comes with significant ownership in the form of equity in SLAM and/or equity in the venture you work on. When we're profitable (which we've been since day 1), we pay dividends. In other words, part of your pay will be tied to your results, not your time. This makes it possible for you to unlock exceptional financial upside, very quickly.

Teams. Our teams are lean, focused, and move quick with high agency over their work. You should only consider being a part of SLAM if you have strong belief in the people here. Everyone around you will also have ownership, so when they win, you win.

Roles. Your role will likely change. We prioritize excitement, speed of learning, decision making, and adaptability over traditional experience. Even if you don't fit the exact role or qualifications, we encourage you to apply to any position that excites you.
